Non-operative Management: For stable fractures with minimal displacement, non-operative management may be considered. This involves immobilization with a brace or cast, limited weight-bearing, and close monitoring to ensure that the fracture remains stable during the healing process.

Open Reduction and Internal Fixation (ORIF): This surgical approach involves realigning the fracture fragments and using plates, screws, or other fixation devices to stabilize the fracture. ORIF is often used for fractures that are amenable to stable fixation.

Revision Arthroplasty: In cases where the prosthesis is loose, damaged, or significantly contributing to the fracture, revision surgery may be necessary. This involves removing the existing prosthesis, addressing the fracture, and replacing the prosthesis with a new implant.
